- We select best quality Alumina Powder with high aluminium oxide content and physical specifications, which is the base of production and quality. Take Na2O content for example, alumina powder we use is about 0.08% lower than most other Chinese plants.
- Enough fusion time gives our White Fused Alumina excellent crystal structure and physical performance, especially density and tenacity, which are crucial to its cutting and grinding ability.
- We never use Fluoride to “save” electricity powder to reduce cost. Fluoride content is harmful to customer finished goods, especially for refractory products.
- Our technician and workers control the fusion, colling, milling, and screening process professionally with their 30 years expertise and skills. WA we make looks very white and contains no black particles.
- Our professional dust collecting and magnetic removing equipments ensure least dust and magnetic substances in the material.
- Particle Distribution is checked every 2 hours at our production line to make sure perfect conformance with standard. Our laboratory can test Chemical Content, Bulk Density, Magnetic Content, Particle Distribution etc. and we work closely with third party laboratory on test of other specifications.
- Samples from every production batch is kept at least 3 months after shipping for any possible claim from customer.
